Start reading several at a time. Keep one in the car, one in the living room, one by the bed and one in a book bag for your, on-the-go days.Get a book on tape or CD. There really is no excuse for not taking a little time out for yourself. Even if it is only 15 minutes at a time; an all day read-a-thon; or a daily 1/2 hour power walk...do it! take that long-overdue, well-deserved trip, as often as you wish. | |
